When replying, Thunderbird will include the following information about the
original message:

"On 2004-12-02 08:03 John Smith wrote:"

Outlook typically includes the following by default:

From: John Smith
To: Adam Adams (email address URL), John Banks (email address URL), etc etc
Sent: Thursday, December 02, 2004 12:02 AM
Subject: I like Thunderbird, but not the reply-mgmt

I totally prefer the latter. Guess the reasons are obvious. It is not about
layout, its about not losing information about original subject and recipents.

I'd suggest basically adding user_pref("mailnews.reply_header_type", 4);
with more options about how to compose the reply header.

Also I think that the reply-header should be more "integrated" with the orignial
message, i.e. more like what Outlook does.
