When attempting to browse TPIS online catalog, I cannot following the links.
When clicking on a link the browsers takes no action at all.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse www.tpis.com.
2. Click on the online catalog button at top left of window.
3. Pick a link the on left side of the window (i.e., intake systems).
4. At this point I can't get any farther. If I use IE version 6 I can follow
those links.

Actual Results:
The browser stayed at the same location as the links. Screen didn't change at all.

Expected Results:
I should have been able to view the page at the link target location.
It's failing because it has a worldview several years old, that anything
"Netscape" and >= version 4 would support document.layers. However, it's
surprisingly usable, once you notice that the little white oval that shouldn't
show, at the end of each "link", is actually a working submit button: click
those, and the rest seems to work.
