SVG links don't enter the tab order.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load testcase.
2.Press tab four times.
3.Press shift tab once.

Actual Results:  
Focus moves between the content area and the text field(s) in the chrome.

Expected Results:  
Focus should move once to each of the two links on that page, and finally back
to the first link

 1. The bug you are pointing to is marked INVALID
 2. You can use the "Bug 273272 blocks:" to mention this.
    (Placing it in a comment gives people more bugspam and is not the right way

This is just a symptom of the fact that you can't focus the link; bug 273197.
