bug 260335 implemented this for seamonkey. the <colorpicker> change is ported,
but nsPrefWindow and widgetstatemanager is not.

I have made the changes for firefox 1.0. The xul file changes went to
browser/components/prefwindow/content/pref-fonts.xul instead of the original
pref-colours.xul

lets hold on for a moment on this patch, since large chunks of the prefwindow
code are getting tossed rsn.

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs,
filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
