whenever clickind set as wallpaper after right clicking a desktop wallpaper, and
then clicking the OK button in the wallpaper dialogue box, the wallpaper doesn
not change.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click chosen wallpaper image
2.click OK in dialogue box
3.Observe desktop for any changes. (there won't be any! :P)

Actual Results:  
nothing.

Expected Results:  
changed wallpaper.
get the point by now? lol
WFM, same build, same system.

Please disable your extensions (safe mode) and retry.
Only seems to occur from a limited account, and the dialog doesn't disappear,
clicking set wallpaper does absolutely nothing.
Someone change status to new please.
This looks to be due to bug 181273.
