Since aviary-landing:
The history tree (go menu) doesn't appear on the first time you open the menu
(it does appear the next time you open it).

From Steffen's js console:
Error: history.treeBoxObject.view has no properties
Source File: chrome://browser/content/browser.js
Line: 1228
treeBoxObject.view.rowCount is still correct, it wasn't changed in other locations
