the onscreen Help uses .menupath for menu.

I prefer the more wordy "Open X menu and choose Y", but many others seem to
prefer "X | Y" or "X > Y". Creating a .menupath class and verbalizes its use in
the markup reference helps standardize how UI actions are referenced.
and maybe add .uiButton and .uiLabel (for generic UI element)? (see
http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/faq styles)
