When downloading bank transactions status bar continues to move when indicator
at bottom says "done."

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download current transactions from online bank

3.

Actual Results:  
As noted above, status bar keeps going after transaction has been downloaded.  

Expected Results:  
Should have stopped indicating progress.

Information is downloaded, it's more cosmetic than critical.

Could you please provide us with a reduced testcase as this is inpossible to
check for us.

If you don't know HTML and Javascript you could also provide a "Save Page"
attachment. Private information can be removed ofcourse.

Reporter, can you clarify a few points. 
The problem only occurs when the download manager is involved, right? 
The problem occurs with the status bar of browser application, not with the
status bar of the download manager window, right?
The problem occurs with the progress meter in the status bar, right?
