There should be some way to auto-detect the name of a remote calendar when
subscribing to it. If enabled, the "Calendar Name" field can be removed, since
it would probably be used only when users want a different name from the default.

Reporter,
    Your suggestions appears to be being dealt with in bug 181312.  Please look
at that bug (esp. comment #3), and if you agree that this is a duplicate, please
mark it as such.

The solution in bug 181312 seems adequate; marking this as duplicate.
