On this page, (bottom frame), due to the little javascript clock, we can
down-scroll indefinitely. Normally, we would not be able to down-scroll (see IE
behavior). If I keep the mouse left-clicked on the down-arrow, it scrolls
without any (found) end.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.connect the web page
2.scroll the bottom frame
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing serious, only a strange behavior.

Expected Results:  
The scrolling would not be possible.

This is a duplicate... please find the original bug on this and mark this one
duplicate.
