If you are on a email with unicode chars (iso-8859-1) and change window
configuration Tools -> Options -> General -> Windows configuration...the mail
window will show wrongly coded chars when returning to view.

If you go to another email and back it works.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send an email with iso-8859-1 chars to yourself
2. Use method described in details to reproduce

Actual Results:  
Failure to render international chars

Expected Results:  
Render the chars right
