I use multiple Thunderbird installations on the same mail account. It would be
nice to have the account preferences stored on the IMAP server (in a special
mail file?) to avoid having to set or change them 4 or 5 times as I move from
platform to platform. This might be helpful if Thunderbird is ever moved onto
small devices like PDAs, too.
Perhaps we could add a checkbox on the main account settings dialog for an
account that says "Check here to store account settings on server". (Obviously,
not all settings can be stored on the server - e.g., the connection info.)
