The information bar which gives info about a pop-up being blocked is again shown
when switching tabs

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load http://www.cnn.com
2.The pop-up blocker information bar should show up
3.Load http://www.mozilla.org in another TAB
4. Go back to CNN page and close the info bar
5. Switch to Mozilla.org Home page tab
6. Switch back to CNN Home Page TAB


Actual Results:  
The information bar is shown again although it was closed

Expected Results:  
IT should not show the information bar once it is closed
