Ironically, I saw this bug at bug 261196.
See the upcoming testcase.
clicking on one of the top links in the left table cell causes the left table
cell to grow and the right table cell to shrink.

This only happens in 1.8a builds.

Forgot to say, that testcase uses Hyatt's hack to trigger the bug.

Same problem (using the testcase) under Linux/PPC, using Mozilla (CVS checkout
and compiled a few hours ago). Hardware/OS should be set to All/All.
