On the latest Trunk build (Gecko/20041206 Firefox/1.0+) the autoscroll icon
appears in the wrong position when a page is not scrolled to the very top.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit a web page
2. Scroll down a little bit
3. Click the middle mouse button (to autoscroll)

Actual Results:  
Autoscroll icon appears a fair way below where I clicked

Expected Results:  
Autoscroll icon should appear immediately below where I clicked

Unlike back in bug #242466, this affects all web sites regardless of the site.
