When I open <http://ftp.scarlet.be/pub/mozilla.org/>, I see links to
subdirectories with underline which looks more as line-through. Situation is
better with increasing font-size.

Scarlet FTP looks good in Netscape 7.2, Firefox 1.0, MSIE 6.0.

(I'll try to find regression window, but not now)

Seems to be a Windows toolkit problem. WFM (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686;
en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041206 Firefox/1.0+)
That particular site imposes 'font-size: 12px' http://ftp.scarlet.be/ftp.css .
You can automatically override that without using zoom, minimum font size or
'always use my fonts' in prefs by importing this attachment (or similar) or
including its contents in userContent.css.

Underlines OK for me in 1.7.3 on win (~13px), 1.8a5 on OS/2 (~18px) & current
gtk1 trunk on Linux (~20px).
Felix: thanx for nice at-rule demo, but I prefer Gecko fix =)
I took a closer look on XP with cleartype enabled, comparing yesterday's trunk
with 1.7.3.

With Andale Mono, Lucida Console, and Vera Sans Mono, there was no significant
difference between trunk and 1.7.3.

Using Courier and Courier New, the gap was non-zero in every case, but the gap
was narrower with trunk than with 1.7.3.

Using the same 5 fonts on Win98SE, I compared FF1.0 to trunk, and detected no
differences.
With 20041209 is okay, I can't reproduce.
