If I select the text in the above URL from the title of the page down to "at a later date." (including the whole description of the image) and print it to file using one of the Xprint queues, the text color of the selected text below the image takes the color of the border of the image. That means the text is blue when the image link was not visited and dark lilac when I had looked at the linked image. This happens with all the APOD pages from their archive, but only when printing selected text not when printing everything. Printing to the normal queue PostScript/default does not show this problem. I will shortly attach the resulting PS file. I don't know if this is caused by the Xprint support code in Mozilla or Xprint itself, so I report this bug here. Argh, I cannot attach such large files. The resulting gzipped PS file can now be found at <http://weilbacher.org/temp/APOD_print.ps.gz>.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter. Well, that nobody confirmed this is probably just because nobody is interested in working on Mozilla printing problems (just my impression). I cannot install Xprint any more, it is not activated by default, either, and I do not see this problem in the normal printing mode, I just resolve this WFM.
