After opening Firefox, when I click the location bar, it drops down but quickly
disappears. I always need to click the location bar to drop it down.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox
2.Click the location bar, you will see it drops down and collapses quickly
3. Clicking the location bar again will function normally
The most likely cause of this is a homepage that causes the focus to shift from
your mouse to the homepage. For examle google.com focuses the text box for
searching once the page loads. Try setting your homepage to about:blank and see
if you can reproduce the problem.
