There is a file called AccessibleMarshal.dll which needs to be installed for both Firefox, Thunderbird, Nvu, etc. on Windows that use HTML in any way and want to be accessible. The dll's purpose is to allow the use of these COM interfaces: http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/find?string=isimpledom
