Details

This sorta goes along with bug 69754.  When you click the "Vote for this bug"
link, it takes you to a page full of checkboxes.  You have to find the one
checkbox that's unchecked.  A named anchor and some sort of highlighting (maybe
invert colors of the bug ID) would help make it stand out.

The idea to use a named anchor has already been suggested in bug 250440.
