At http://visionspc.info , the web site is able to open a pop under ad window
somehow, even if no exceptions are listed in the pop up allow list. (The owner
of this site is not responsible, nor t35.com, it's the .info people I beleive.)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open browser
2.Go to http://visionspc.info
3.Watch in disgust

Actual Results:  
A pop up opened

Expected Results:  
Blocked the pop up

ah, I see it now : 
That is no popup, it's placed over the normal webpage via CSS and the
popupblocker can't block it by design

-> invalid (no popup)
