In the new release of dropline gnome we plan on including firefox. We would like to be at the top level of distribution so we could use the trademarks/name etc. Nothing is modified other than the addition of a bookmarks folder. We'd just like to be able to use the --enable-official-branding option when building. I have read the distribution terms and understand and agree to the terms. Is there a prepared form that I need to sign and return? paul.best@gmail.com

Paul: if you are happy to sign and return the policy (http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/trademarks/distribution-policy.html) then that's fine. If you are shipping sources, and want them to be Free software, you will need to ship sources with the free logos instead (which are the default ones you get when you pull from CVS). If this isn't technically difficult, it might be the best thing anyway - it makes it harder for people to make and distribute unapproved logoed builds. Gerv
