My popup blocker icon does not appear on my windows

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open browser no icon for popblocking
2.close browser
3.open browser again and still no icon

Actual Results:  
no results

Expected Results:  
loaded and placed the icon onto my window for viewing
This icon should appear only when a popup is actually blocked, not on browser
startup.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
