Details
When importing MS OE acccounts, Thunderbird does not preserve the SSL flag for POP3/IMAP4 servers. After importing them, SSL flag has to be checked manually.

Thanks for the note. I believe most of the migration code is shared by suite and TB. Let's just resolve this as a dupe of bug 262641 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 262641 ***
