Build Identifier:

When i write a formatted mail with bold, italics etc. formatting, after sending
as HTML, the reply or forwarded mails doesn't contains the valid formatting.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Write a mail in Compose window, use all the formatting
2. Send as HTML

Actual Results:
The replied or forwarded mail contains wrong format.

Expected Results:
I want to see the bold text as bold for example, but it seems to wrong or
crashed formatting.

If the problem avoidable with some configuration options, please describe it
in details.
There are several situations where this can occur. If any of the message
recipients is either configured in the address book as "prefers plain text", or
if the recipient is in a domain listed as plain-text only (Tools | Options |
Composition | Send Options) -- OR, (bug 257686) if the recipient is not in the
address book -- HTML mail will be converted to plain text. It does not prompt
to warn you -- see bug 246758.

If the recipient's mail preference is listed as "Unknown" in the address book,
then the mail may still be converted silently -- this depends on the setting in
Send Options.

=> Invalid. If you believe you have a case where such a conversion is occurring
other than those listed above, feel free to reopen, and provide details for
reproducing the problem.
