FireFox 1.0 PRE showed this Site OK.
There is no problems with IE too.
Also there is no problems with viewing pictures on other sites.

linux firefox 1.0 and trunk: http://w1.obkom.net.ua/ goes to
http://ru.obkom.net.ua/index.shtml here. I see an image on the left hand side
next to each heading. Images are served from ru.obkom.net.ua as well. Reporter,
if you have installed some sort of ad blocking, please test with that disabled;
also check that you haven't blocked images from ru.obkom.net.ua (Tools > Options
> Web Features checkboxes, Exceptions button also)

We have firewall but it does not affect IE showing pictures on the OBKOM Site.
Regarding my settings, see attchment. 

BTW, When I go directly to http://ru.obkom.net.ua/ pictures are seen.
