When requesting a signature confirmation on a delivered package on the FedEx
website, the signature image is not displayed, instead the alt text "Signature
Image" is shown.
To test, you may track #790794639691 and request signature confirmation.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.fedex.com
2. Enter 790794639691 in the tracking bax and click the "track" button
3. On the tracking results page, click the "Signature Proof" button
4. On the next page click continue

Actual Results:  
Signature proof page will display with "Signature Image" in place of the signature

Expected Results:  
A picture of the signature should be displayed.

I used the USA version of the site after the UK one failed to offer the
Signature Proof button.
