I would like to have a way to change the order of accounts. I have quite a 
number of accounts, and sometimes I wish to reorder the mailboxes, for example 
putting the ones I use most at the top, or related ones together.

Expected Results:  
I suggest putting "move up" and "Move down" buttons in the Account Settings 
dialog box.
