If one stumbles upon http://www.mozilla.org/faq.html after Googling for "Mozilla
FAQ", it is not clear at a glance, which FAQs are for end users, which one is
for Web authors and which ones are for Mozilla developers. It would help if
there were category subheadings with the end user and Web author docs on top.

To elaborate on the issue:
It is more likely that an end user or a Web author Googles for "Mozilla FAQ"
than that a Mozilla developer Googles for "Mozilla FAQ". Since
http://www.mozilla.org/faq.html is the #1 hit and the Mozilla 1.5 FAQ and the
Web Author FAQ don't show up (by default) on Google's list, it would make sense
to put these near the top of the page at http://www.mozilla.org/faq.html and to
retitle /faq.html to cover Mozilla FAQs instead of mozilla.org FAQs.

Apparently Bugzilla does not allow review requests on attachments in the component.

Change "Old Stuff" to "Historical".
If it's not too much trouble, you should also remove the <p> tags from inside
the <dd> (because they're not real paragraphs) and make the links all relative
(like the first one) rather than absolute.
