When trying to install in Win2K the install crashes very quickly with 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Installer
2. make any choices
3.  Install

Actual Results:  
No Install

Expected Results:  
installed 1.0

Can't send a print-screen but text is as follows:

"Error occurred during installation - Cross-Platform COM: -202 Access denied.

I tried disabling plug-ins in 0.9.3 because I didn't see extensions in this
version: it didn't help! 

0.9.3 is still working nicely!

please try with 1.0. Are you installing it as Administrator?

Of course I am installing as an administrator. However for reasons connected
with my network I have changed my adminstrator's name to admin_01! On
reflection, I think this may be the problem (Microsoft again!).
Any quick suggestions?

Latest build has same problem.

This problem only appears on some Windows 2000 Servers and only when logged in
as a Terminal Services or Remote Desktop Protocol session. In all cases
installation from the console works perfectly.

I have not seen this problem on a Windows 2003 Server.
