When Firefox is positioned on the secondary display on a dual display system all
pop-up and system menus are displayed in the top-right corner of the primary
display rather than at the cursor location


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run firefox
2. Move window to secondary display desktop
3. Select any menu


Actual Results:  
Menu displayed on primary monitor

Expected Results:  
Menu should appear under cursor
