273846 - Does not show Rich Text / HTML features that Yahoo offers whilst composing email. So I can't utilise features like "Stationary", Bold, Underline, Text Color etc.

This feature is available under IE 6.0 which I have. Does not work with Yahoo. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Loging into mail.yahoo.com and click on compose
2. Ensure that "Mail Options -> General Preferences -> Composing E-mails ->
Compose messages as color and graphics" is selected.
3. Options, as per selection, are not available during mail compose. Eg.
features like "Stationary", "Bold", "Underline", "Italics", "Text color" etc.

Actual Results:  
Did not see any of the options. So had to compose the email in normal text.

Expected Results:  
It should've presented the Yahoo features for composing messages with colors and
graphics.
