Details

This bug is picking up where bug 47251 left off, and picking up additional
things that have broken since then.  This is a TRACKING bug, do not attach
patches here.  Please do file bugs for any HTML validation issues you encounter
in Bugzilla, and make them block this bug.

All but one bug have been fixed in Bugzilla 3.0. Bug 310673 is only about adding a test in our test suite.
