some events and tasks that have been created appear in "month" and "weeks" views, but no in "day" and "week" view.

I was using Mozilla Calendar 0.8 with a beta version of Firefox.

I am now using Mozilla Calendar 0.8.1+ with Firefox 1.0

When i create a set of events for a given day or week (creating one from scratch
as well as copy/pasting the event from a day to another), sometimes the evens
are not appearing at all ! It feels as if the data had been wiped away.

Actually if you take "Multiweek" or "Month" views, they are here and you can
access the all data related to the event or task.

But this is really confusing, you never now if the calendar is going to "keep in
mind" events you coded of if he is going amnesic .

I have screen copies if somebody wishes (i could not attach them here).

In the "Calendars" tab, are all the checkboxes on?

If the checkbox is off, then events in that calendar are hidden from view.

When you add an event to a calendar whose checkmark is off, events in that
calendar may become temporarily visible, but become hidden again later.  Turn
the checkbox on to see them.
Another possibility is bug 261890, where zero-duration events can cause an error
so that later events are not displayed.
Are there zero-duration events (start and end times are the same) ?

If so, this sounds like bug 261890.  Please resolve it as duplicate if you agree.
No response from the reporter.  Going on gekacheka's hunch and resolving as a
duplicate
