All of the lists of exceptions from the "Web Features" section of the
preferences are blank.

TO REPRODUCE:

1. Tools -> Options -> Web Features.
2. Select any of the buttons (e.g., "Allowed Sites" or "Exceptions").

RESULT:
The list is blank. The items are there, but they cannot be read (as if they are
using a white font).
