Even when "Thunderbird has blocked remote images in this message", if you go to
Print Preview, the images appear.  I assume that that is because they are being
loaded.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure "Block loading of remote images in mail messages" is checked.
2. Receive a qualifying email that produces the "Thunderbird has blocked remote
images..." message
3. Click File, Print Preview

Actual Results:  
It seems to load the remote images anyway, compromising privacy.

Expected Results:  
It should not have loaded the images.
This isn't Thunderbird specific. It also happens with Mozilla Suite 1.7.3 and
Windows XP
Bug #219250 is this bug on Mozilla Suite
That's a core bug, so duping.
