When I click an item in my personal bookmark tool bar, and the sub items appear,
depending on how I move my mouse, I get a popup that says "There is no disk in
the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk\DR12"
So far as I can tell, on windows, I have no such device. I searched for
"Harddisk" in my bookmarks, and it is not there either. It takes 3-4 cancel
clicks to get rid of this window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.see details
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Get the pop-up

Expected Results:
should not get the pop-up
Do you have any bookmarks pointing to shared network drives, especially ones
that aren't available when you see that?
Do you use removable media like Zip disk, USB stick or so? Check if your
bookmarks file contains file:/// URLs.
I get a similar error. But this error appears when I start Firefox. Note: this
started to happen after I re-partitioned my harddrive.

I'm running Windows XP with Firefox 1.0.

I get a similar error. But this error appears when I start Firefox.

Note: this started to happen after I re-partitioned my harddrive.

If I click continue the same message pops up. I have to click Continue 4 or 5
times.

I checked my bookmarks and they did not have unknown file:// references.

Having downloaded to a floppy, windows complains of lack of disk in drive when
opening download manager. Clearing download history solves this, but perhaps
DLman should check for presence of removable media (perhaps... don't know if
it's the same for USB keydrive) before refering to file previoulsy stored thereon)
I experienced the same thing as #8 - after saving a download to a floppy, all
new downloads caused the dl manager to give me 3-4 no disk in drive errors that
had to be cancelled. Cleaning up the dl history helped.
