Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to MozillaZine.com and Post Talkback responses in some articles (the front
page articles, not the forums -- see the URL for an old article).
2. Be sure that the Password Manager saves the username and password multiple times.
3. Use the Back or Forward button to go navigate to an article page where you
can Post Talkback.

Actual Results: You're asked to select the user *before* you see what page
you're selecting the user for.

Expected Results: You're asked to select the user *after* you see what page
you're selecting the user for.

I've encountered this problem on any site where I have multiple usernames and
passwords stored in the Password Manager, and always and only when using the
Back or Forward button to navigate to the page. Sometimes the page is blank, and
sometimes the page I was just on is still visible, when I get the Select User
dialog. I'm reproducing this on Mozilla 1.8a5 on Windows XP SP2.

The same problem also occurs when I go to the URL http://www.mufpada.org/members/login.php

Invalidated by the switch to different UI for this.
