Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040115
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040115

Using Mozilla Firefox, on a page that had a form in it and within the form there
were a few buttons (defined like <button onclick="JavaScript: //some code
here;">Button</button>). The form had no submit button (since it was use for
some javascript codes that scrolled some thext in a text input). And, when you
pressed the button (that shouldhave redirected the browser to a different page
through a javascript) it submited the information from the text input to itself.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just write a simple html page with a form and a text input. AT action in the
form tag, leave nothing.
2. Within the form write a button tag <button>Blah</button>
3. Open the page with firefox... and press the button after writting some text
in the text input box. And voila! Le bug! =)

Actual Results:
The result is something like (in the address bar):
http://www.testthis.com?input_name=scrolling_message

Expected Results:
The button if pressed should have done nothing!
