at times when I click on a mail tab, the window will come up blank. If I select reload, then I am taken back to the previous screen to try again, and then it will work.

I click empty bulk mail. The screen goes blank. On the bottom bar it says done. I click refresh, and I am taken back to the empty bulk mail screen. I repeat, this time it works. Same with regular email. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Expected Results: Should have loaded the proper screen (There are no messages in your bulk mail folder)

You're not using Firefox. And Firefox has no empty bulk mail button.
