NOTE: To reproduce this you'll have to go to annualcreditreport.com and ask for
your credit report from Transunion -- **you can only do this once per year**!
(But you can revisit your own report for a month.) You also have to live in one
of the western states, or wait until your state becomes eligible. You have to
answer a lot of questions, and when your report finally shows up, click on
printer-friendly version, then click the Mozilla "print" button. (There is no
print button within the page itself.) You then get the spinning beachball of
death. I let it spin for 10 minutes before I retried, same result. Then I
printed it successfully in Safari.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://www.annualcreditreport.com
2. Choose your state, answer all the questions (birthday, ssn, address...)
3. Ask for Transunion on the page that lets you select a reporting agency.
4. Answer more questions.
5. When your credit report appears, ask for printer-friendly version.
(5 1/2. You probably want to save the page at this point for debugging.)
6. Click the Print button on the Mozilla taskbar. Mozilla hangs.

Actual Results:
Mozilla hangs, with the spinning beachball of death. I had to
force-quit it.

Expected Results:
Should have sent the page to the printer.

I doubt if it's relevant, but the printer was on a local network -- I did
this at work. My Equifax credit report printed with no problems.
So... this is a little difficult to reproduce, as you pointed out. Could you
possibly save your credit report and see whether printing that causes a hang?
If it does, see whether you can remove the personal information you'd rather not
share while still having it hang? Then attach the result to this bug?

Alas, I can only get a free credit report once per year. Someone else will
have to try it! Sorry.
Didn't you say you can revisit the report for a month?
Yes, and my month expired five days ago -- check the creation date of the
bug report! :-) Sorry...

Andrew, did you actually try to reproduce and fail?

If not, then this is not Worksforme -- it's something that needs someone in the
relevant timezone to actually test.

Reopening.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
