If I save the message that includes an attachment in eml format, the attachment
is properly saved into the file. But when I try to open this message with
"File->Open Saved Message..." only the name of attachment is displayed, there is
no way to open it or save or extract from this message.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get the message with an attachment
2 [review]. Save the message in eml format (right click -> "Save As...")
3. Open the message with "File -> Open Saved Message"
Actual Results:  
Nothing can be done with attachments. There is no way to view or save them.

Expected Results:  
There should be an option to at least save the attachment, or better - open or
save it or save all of them (like in the main message window)

The bug is there since Thunderbird 0.7 (at least)
