The Click2Tab extension can make left clicked bookmark/history item to be opened
in new tab if the current tab isn't tab. The current version is 0.7.5. The
current homepage for it is http://extensions.io8.org/click2tab/, and you can get
it from http://extensions.io8.org/click2tab/click2tab-0.7.5.xpi.

I'm not thrilled with the change in GUID.  It would have been easier if you had
just made click2tab2.  So do you want the latest version on UMO?
