At some point in the last year the credits section of the guide was severly
reduced in size. This needs to be put back to where it was.

Not sure if it's applicable to 2.16 as well, setting this temporarily to 2.16
and letting Jake investigate.

Only a couple things needed to be added to the 2.16 version (Entries for Dave
and Shane). 

Also, I just noticed that you weren't listed, Vlad, so I added you :).
