Both a tab list and "open in tabs" from a bookmark folder open only the first 16
bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a bookmark list with 16+ entries
2. Select "open in tabs" or make folder into tab list.

Actual Results:  
Only the first 16 bookmarks opened in tabs.

Expected Results:  
All bookmarks should open.

I can "confirm" this bug in the sense that I can reproduce the behavior in 0.8.2.  

However, it works properly in recent nightlies (20041210)--tab groups/"open in
tabs" folders with more than 16 items open tabs for all items.

According to Bugzilla guidelines, I believe that technically makes it "Works for
me," but since I don't know if there might be a 0.8.3 in which to fix this for
the branch, I'll let someone else make the call on confirming vs. WFMing this bug :)

Well this issue is fixed on the trunk/nightly builds when we introduced the new
tab wodget. There is no way we are going to fix this seperatly on the branch I'm
afraid, that would be a waste of time. So I will set it to WFM.
