Note that the red bullet is now on a line by itself, as expected. 3. Press reload. Red bullet is again overlapping the green text.

The incorrect layout (overlapping) problem does not happen in web standards compliant rendering mode (HTML 4.01 strict). I can upload a testcase for this. Possibly, this is a duplicate of bug 63741. Mozilla 1.8a6 build 2004121104 under XP Pro SP2.

In 20041107, bug 63741 didn't revert to the proper layout after resizing the main browser window, so i filed the new bug for the intermittant behavior. However in 2004121104, they do appear to be working more similarly. Hrm...

Yeah, this is a dup. Please test current trunk builds before filing bugs on the Firefox 1.0 layout engine -- a lot has changed since then. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 63741 ***
