When on a secure site (e.g. Bugzilla), if I choose to customize the toolbar
(right-click on toolbar >> Customize...) and add, remove or move elements, the
yellow colour and the lock-symbol on the location bar disappears. Reloading the
site will cause the location bar to return to normal. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a secure site (well, here would be good).
2. Right-click the toolbar and select "Customize...".
3. Make any change to your tool-/menubar
4. Click "Done"
Actual Results:  
Yellow colour and lock-symbol disappears from the location bar.

Expected Results:  
Yellow colour and lock-symbol stays on the location bar.
