If you enable the "Always use my fonts" option, pages that use "font-family:
monospace" will display text using the serif font, rather than the monospace
font that is set in fonts.

Problem persists regardless of character encoding.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check the "Always use my fonts" box in preferences
2. Go to a page that uses "font-family: monospace"

Actual Results:  
Text shows up in the serif font

Expected Results:  
Text should show up in the monospace font
