Details

Currently, when a link to a file with 'Content-Disposition: attachment....' is
clicked on, the dialog box offers three choices: 1. Open it with the default
application 2. Open it with <browse> for picking up an application 3. Save to disk

For some file formats (text/html, text/plain, image/jpg, image/png, etc) that we
know we can handle, a 4th option (open it 'inline' ignoring 'attachment'
directive in C-D) would be handy for users.
