In previous upgrades this wasn't a problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install new dictionary 2.It does not show in the drop down list of available dictionaries, even after rebooting. 3. Actual Results: Only one dictionary is selectable [for US] No errors signaled. Expected Results: Previously after installation there was a choice of two dictionaries.

Is the XPI installation successful? I guess it is Bug 272764.
I can't tell if the XPI install was successful as no error occurs but the dictionary is not listed in the spell check window, even after restarting. It seems a problem with this version only as it worked in 1.7.2. I don't think it is a duplicate of 272764.
